Oleg Gryb built the GAC Services Android application (hereafter SERVICE ) as a free commercial app. SERVICE is provided by Oleg Gryb at no cost and is intended for use as is.

disclosure of Personal Information if anyone decided to use my SERVICE.

operating system version, configuration of the app when utilizing SERVICE, the time and date

Cookies are files with small amount of data that is commonly used an anonymous unique identifier and are not use in SERVICE.
